  i did see the article peter, unless i missed it there didn't seem a start date.
  
  i can hardly wait will be in town for the opening day just to see the look on the chavs faces when they get ticketed.
  
  hopefully will get photographs for posterity asssuming they are happy to pose for me.

  Yes Howard we were introduced to Chief Inspector Mullins and some of his neigbourhood team at our Srutiny meeting,although they gave a good account they are going to have to do more with less.
