    They keep changing anyway, not long ago we were told about the evils of dairy products and how we should cut back and just consume skimmed milk, avoid butter in favour of low fat spreads and only eat low fat cheese. Full fat milk is delicious as is Lurpak butter and I love the cheeses that are high in fat and there is no way I will ever cut back on something I enjoy.

    Oily fish topped the healthy food list a few years back now that is written off so best that we all just carry on as we are.
