This must have been dreamed up by some miserable puritan that thinks a diet of muesli, nut cutlet, lentil bake and tofu together with a celebratory carrot juice counts as having a good time.
This one size fits all thing is really just a nonsense to justify the existence of people who compile statistics as a job. I have worked with people who go down the pub every lunchtime and actually work better in the afternoon whilst I would fall asleep in the afternoon if I did. I am one who does believe in the health benefits of moderate drinking and not just about feeling happy. I do find a glass of red wine stimulates the appetite at meal times and helps the digestion system also while others find a beer has the same effect.
If we were to take all the various things we should not eat or drink and lumped them together we would probably die of starvation.
I now ignore all the pundits and eat and drink exactly what I like and when I like.

They keep changing anyway, not long ago we were told about the evils of dairy products and how we should cut back and just consume skimmed milk, avoid butter in favour of low fat spreads and only eat low fat cheese. Full fat milk is delicious as is Lurpak butter and I love the cheeses that are high in fat and there is no way I will ever cut back on something I enjoy.
Oily fish topped the healthy food list a few years back now that is written off so best that we all just carry on as we are.
The health guidelines are driven more by the food processing industry than by medical science. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, wheat and sugar and you will live to be a miserable 120.
