  Ive looked into very extesive- There are no better benefits for children- many are failing even when taking over a failing school under LEA control. They run like a business and are registered like a business. They charge for lessons also -they class heads as 'Principles' loseing the old english 'Headmaster' were becoming 'americanised'. They can dictate the curriculum and times they open and close. They use more non teachers for teaching than teachers- there is so much more to these, basically its to cut down on money that the jest of it. You only have to read DCCA past history and inspections since it stopped being a school.
