    Keith my understanding is that full consultation has taken place there were hundreds of responses .Members of the LDF group were concerned that infractructre is in place before too many dwellings are built .The school being one of them .
    Bryan Curtis still sits on that group.Our Barry Williams ,Roger Knight to name a few .

    The group is not just councillors .Members of Whitfield Parish Council went along and spoke at the Scrutiny meeting .
    I think every thing is very open .
