ALEXANDER/VIC
I stand by what I say, although paulw may have not done so well at the public meeting in whitfield, and was jeered at that time, since then a number of meetings have taken place with all manor of people living in and around whitfield, including fierce opponents of any build, who have since come round to agreeing to some build.
As i say this issue if it was so big would have seen the 2 conservative candidates get a very low vote which they did not, they took out a very active lib dem.
I do feel now the situation has changed since those early days, and whitfield has given the conservatives a clear mandate to push ahead with the developement.
