  Sorry but you would see it that way ,what you are saying is yes in one hand we want to buy it, and in the other you are saying not to be sold off,you cannot have it both ways .I do not blame Mr Wiggins for putting his name forward I would have done the same thing my self in his shoes ,it was the bad handing the way the D.H.B. let him in ,I think I know why they done it that way,by taking Mr Wiggins on ,it would keep him from talking out against any moves the D.H.B. wished to make ,but it back fired on them .
  And Mr Garstin even if you had got the port it would not have been in the community hands but in the hands of the companys that loaned you the cash in the first pace. So it was a no win in any way you look at it.
