  I am not sure what you mean Diana, the cars already have to drive past my proposed exit area to get out of the carpark.
  
  It must have been an entrance or exit to the old engineering works at some time as the kerb in that area is already dropped, the area I am talking about is where pedestrians walk inbetween the bushes over the earth and jump down the small retaining wall.
  
  I know the residents of narrow Albert Road would be grateful as there would be a lot less traffic, cars would have to turn left up Park Avenue instead.
