    Terry, this is appalling! I am sorry you are suffering so much. What a **** this man is.........sadly, this is further evidence that despite the presence of some good cops, the police can be relied on to fail us ordinary people. The Letter of the Law is sometimes not enough. I hate to ask this (please don't shout at me!!) but have you tried our MP?
