I have looked at this web-site.....the DDC..... and it is confusing...

The was a town councillor who went mad on the flowers...but we have dead trees stuck in buckets...or metal containers..there is one close to Wetherspoons and the tin baskets on the lampposts never seem to have anything alive in them...

Tunnel the Dual Carriageway......and Toll It....you could get them on Pollution, Noise destruction and seperation of the Town and its way of life......and so on....
I wrote to Charlie Elphike and asked why we were punished for living in Dover...was it because the Leader of the Council had failed as an MP twice, and nothing really constructive happened under him....he has been around since 1983..........Charlie said, in so many words..... things will happened........one day
But there is a mantra.......which the people who are born and bred in Dover use....it makes me laugh....because they always add it...like Vic Matcham does...
Not in my (our) lifetime.....so they know something we do not
