Needles in the Dour.

More have washed down today but how many are not in their packets and waiting for someone to either stand on them or picked by mistake, especially if they have been used.

We are left to wonder what else might have been dumped near the water course. The batch number on these packs would lead to a supplier. - 25 September 2011 12:18128063The best way to reduce those risks (it never eliminates them entirely) is a clean needle exchange but Joe Public generally objects on moral grounds without thinking it through or engaging the brain.
