    Last night to my utter delight and pride, my beautiful daughter Honor, already Junior Miss Dover for Dover Carnival Association received the prestigious title of Miss Junior Guild at the National Carnival Guild selection.     I'm sure I shall innudate you all with pictures as her years commitments unfold.
