I think there are already buildings in Dover that could be turned into a Gallery and that would be just great,but if they were ever sold off,and they stay in the UK that would be alright in my way of thinking,and also they are a national asset and could go on a permanently exhibited collection open to the public anywhere in the UK ,but one would hope that would be London. And this is not pie in the sky thinking all local councils have now been told they must look at all their own assets to see what can be sold off to get more funding.
