lesser spoted dogfish.related to the shark,commonly known as huss or rock fish.oh by the way watch out the skin it feels like sandpaper if you rub it the wrong way.

The skin is rough and feels like sand-paper as the dogfish, like all sharks and rays, is covered in tiny teeth-like structures known as 'dermal denticles'. These reduce drag when the animal is swimming.

A spotted dogfish- pretty fish - not sure if this is called Huss or Rig ?? Shark family.

there was another a few yards(sorry metres) from here i spotted the pictured one.
the other one had been dead much longer thus ruling out a suicide pact.

The second photo looks more like smooth hounds, young ones. In fact, looking at them again, I am sure they are juvenile smoothies, two dorsal fins and one anal fin, white spots on flank. Not nice to eat, full of iodine.
