Definitely no processed stuff, the simpler the better. Bodies are easily confused !
I like baked beans but unable to eat them as they contain maize (corn starch) usually modified, in the tins. And of course sugar.

Kath, buy white haricot beans (dried) and you can make your own baked beans. Lots of recipes on the internet.
