not veolia, they would have standard issue clothing on, didn't recognise anyone from the white cliffs countryside partnership.
must be one of the supermarkets nearby are responsible, unless a member knows more.

Also a nice little find today I made along the same stretch, a clay pipe bowl. I reckon this one is late 19th or early 20th century.

- 28 July 2011 20:19117303Are you an Antediluvian Buffalo then Vic? All the RAOB pipes are marked as such, usually with a buffalo head and their acronym. This one is, sadly, completely plain but clearly has been heavily smoked from the blackened internal bowl.
