  Peter I got posted to the shingle at Lydd in august.
  
  Yes Roger I do work long hours, 16hrs at a time when need but with scenery like that it aint all that bad.
  
  Also one of the reasons I don't get to post much now.

  It doesn't stop the itching though Brian - Jean got shingles in July and it still drives her nuts, despite putting anti-itching cream on every day.

  Brian, you would need a lot of cream for the shingles I have to deal with.
