All this took about 3 weeks training then we was called to a meeting with two Scotsguard officers very young but later in life they both had good jobs, they were Lord Vestry of the blue star shipping line and Lord Sterling the chairman of P&O who were in the army because it was the done thing for men like that to do service in the army as guards officer but only for 3 years. they both were going to be our leaders in Scotland in fact we did not see them much all the time we was there, we was told once in the highlands we were to be drop in small groups of the mountains and would have to try doing sabotage and ambush etc the guards when we saw them or at their HQ which was a old school not in use anymore,
