    "Right cpl double march Matcham back to the guard room and report to the duty provo sergeant."
    When we got there I was taken in and had to stand in front of the Provo Sergeant.
    "Matcham you was very lucky not to get 56 days in the Colchester Detention Centre.
    Now I will tell you what is going to happen now till your 14days in jail are up,if you do not follow or do not carry out your orders to a T you will be back in front of the CO do you understand.?
    "Yes Sergeant."
    He went on the tell me.
    "First thing Matcham you are going to be in Solitary Confinement for the whole of your time with us.
    That means you do not talk to anyone only if they talk to you first .When you are given a order you must repeat it back to the person who gave you that order so we know that you understand the order."Do you understand what I have told you up till now "
    "Yes Sergeant"
    "I did not hear what you said Matcham shout it out. Do you understand"
    YES SERGEANT I UNDERSTAND"and the top of my voice.
    "Good and when you are asked anything that is how you will talk back."
    I will now tell you what your routine and the procedure will be on each day.
    You will get out of bed when your light goes on the time will be 0530 each morning you will then wash and shave and get dress in your working gear.You will then have one hour to make you bed and put all your kit out on the bed ready for a kit inspection by the duty cpl.
