After saying that he just looked at us for about two minutes he did not say a thing,just sat at his desk looking over at us,and we was doing the same
just looking at him.
At last he went on to say"Tonight as you know we are going to end the concert playing the Battle of Waterloo and just like the time we done the 1812 Overture,in the Battle part we are going to have lots of fireworks going off behind the bandstand +cannon fire."
Again he stopped talking and just looked us up and down.
Again he went on to say"This is where you come in,for the pass two days we have had men in to lay out and getting it all ready for tonight.They have done out a plan on paper what is to be done and where to put he fireworks."
"But they have phoned up to say ,they have a Transport problem, and will not make it here in time to put them out before the concert, but will be here in time for the concert itself."
So Matcham it will be down to you to get this done by tonight ,so take the other two with you and the plan,I am now going to give you the key to the store so you can take the fireworks with you,and be very very careful and JUST put down the fireworks where it shows you on the plan."
"Do not do anything that is not wrote down on that plan just follow it to the end and it will be be OK."
