whilst at work today, i noticed furniture lorries at the My Ferry Link offices at whitfield, and it now looks empty. i guess this means more job losses for locals? or perhaps there just locking up in case Mr Elphicke has a visit planned? ;)

Certainly not the case.
What used to be the old SeaFrance reception area to the side of the unit hasn't been used by MyFerryLink, but the core building is full of life and vigor.

That is very good news, jobs will remain, and hopefully lunch breaks for them remain the same as our offices and some of their staff have often taken lunchtime walks to the B&Q burger van! none the less very good to hear!

I recall the burger van being something of legend amongst the SeaFrance Sales team!
Have you tried the lunch van with the crazy horn that shows up each day?
