They did after I pointed it out (a few times!!) That and the time they replaced something in the main box in the street (it had flooded) and they 'forgot' to reconnect me!! Mostly it's good though. I use Outlook to open my e mail as initially when Virgin changed the e mail system earlier this year a lot of my mail was ending up in the new (they forgot to mention) spam folder which is only accessed by logging onto the Virgin page (I have my own separate spam folder.) I only discovered the fact after I hadn't received any e mail for a day and a half which was most odd. It was eventually resolved after a few err....words on the phone.
