    Mr Nicoll is 40odd years of waitng and being told it is going to happen soon and all you can come up with is a partly finished cycle track,but it has been both partys that have let Dover down not just the blues,as Mrs Higgins said "If I live to see it done then great." But I think you are saying what you have as a joke. I hope so anyway.
