    I really can't understand you being so negative Vic, after all, we have the substandard cycle track partly finished, there's a great success story in itself, and you must also consider the substantial amount of money that has been wisely spent on various consultations regarding the DTIZ, which should have transformed the area. These things take time my friend. You can't expect stuff to be done instantly, its all down to visions and consultations, things that us mere mortals know very little about.
