    I agree Marek - wasn't that what is now Mandie's Tea-rooms. I believe it was Tersons who messed you about then, but I also believe Tersons now have different owners.

    Many, or most of Dover business premises have rents and rates that are far too high for their level of trading, but thankfully that doesn't seem to be putting some enterprising businesses off of opening here.
