    That would never happen that building is not old I was just one of many working on it costing millions to put up.Dover District council already have a open office to the public and a good one in the town.
    There would be no gain,no point in doing what you said.
    Just think with all the cuts they are having to do now to try and make ends meet.
    They were in the Town centre and where you are talking about in the 1960s then moved to the site they are now.
