Ive seen that bike around Howard, it has one lady owner. Often seen it over at Millers with a group of other bikes. Could be a Harley but it might be a derivative of same. There are lots of imitators nowadays. This one is obviously customised so hard to tell, it doesnt come with flowers as standard when it leaves the factory...lol!
