    Those bins outside the old Boston Guest House have at last be moved; there's just those outside 93/95 Folkestone Road and further up there's a couple of properties with excessive waste - does that mean more than the number of people living there ?

    I would like to say that the Waste Services people have worked very hard to help get the road tidied up and because there are problems on top of the waste issues, various departments at DDC, Police and Social Services are all involved.

    Many Landlords are as guilty as their tenants and this is my next quest.
