  Is the law finally beginning to catch up with the way so many now live?
  
  It is definitely about time with so many now not marrying but are happily living together for longer than many married couples.

  There lies the problem, another court might rule against in a similar case. It wasn't that long ago that if one half of a same sex relationship died the remaining one would be kicked out of a council house and other benefits denied. This was solved when civil partnerships came in but I don't think this applies to straight couples yet although it seems inevitable that the law will change fairly soon.

  I do agree howard
  I do feel though that the picture is a little bigger
  
  people frightened to speak out for fear of being called racist or anti minority groups etc
