Missed appointments
- 26 April 2017 12:59327214Was sitting in my Dentist's waiting room earlier flicking through the magazines - sorry to read about the Titanic!! I noticed there was a sign up saying that 51 appointments had been missed in March excluding late cancellations. Clearly this is rank bad manners not to cancel if one is not going but also it must mean that they deliberately overbook to cover this as I have never been seen earlier than 20 minutes after my appointment time.

Simples........They must be au fait with reading English to be able to read the advertisement so with pencil and pad, communication with patients could depend on the patients ability to read.
