  Marek so true what you say there. Excellent stuff . The parking badges have been abused for a long time. The problem with so much of this kind of thing is that people know there is a problem but dont know the solution. So much of life is like this, we know the problems but dont know or have the solutions. Politicians often find that out, in opposition they know all the answers, in power the answers vanish on the wind.
  
  I think in recent times more has been spent on detecting fraudtsers , I think I ran a press release about that previously. The powers that be have stepped up their game. The genuine need to benefit and all deserve it, but the sytem is riddled with fakers.
  
  The story about the limbless on the frontpage is interesting, it shows what the disabled can achieve, I wonder if even those guys have difficulty in getting jobs.
