Well, I went to the museum last weekend and it's not too bad for a small museum covering local mining taking up a tiny part of the building.

It was of course meant to 'Educate the public on the mining heritage of Kent and in old and new forms of energy production'.

On the latter zilch. Rien. Nada.

Nothing about nuclear, wind, geo-thermal, heat pumps, tidal, bio-mass or anything relating to how we might produce our energy in future.

A building longer than the Shard is tall and not one sodding solar panel on the roof (Rooftops on new buildings built in commercial zones in France must either be partially covered in plants or solar panels by law since 2015).

    Disappointed but not surprised.

Meanwhile Dover District Council have granted permission to Quinn Estates to build the first 210 homes .................................
