7 October 2014 10:57273044It would certainly seem a good idea with so many narrow streets.
The cars are parked on the road rather than the pavement so I would not say badly parked more inconveniently parked for the large vehicles like fire engines, lorries and buses that now have to negotiate the narrow streets..
