I don't know why this was allowed in the first place, people only wear disguises if they are up to no good.

It is a very difficult area, as we have seen from the marches in Dover with the far Right and far left

It was the far left that wore the masks and when the police banned their use numbers went down dramatically. The far right were easy to film hence the never ending court cases.

Clearly on the marches the far left/right were out for trouble(to put it mildly) and I'm sure the police must in all there legal stuff can find reason to get those to remove masks
