    Although there are some good points I disagree with others.

    Not quite sure about staff anonymity, it depends what they are accused of or the power to search for mobile phones and iPods, weapons yes.

    I definitely disagree with the detention requirement, responsible parents would be worried sick if their children were not home at their usual time.
