    I would prefer to see the fencing than the derelict area that is behind it. In the present financial climate it would be a very brave developer to rush into anything. Developers are at work though, think of the new housing going on up Park Avenue.

    Vic is a pessimist it has nothing to do with him being in pain. I know a lot of people who are in permanant pain, I am one of them, who are upbeat and cheerful and think the town is very slowly improving.
