  The last paragraph of your post I agree with you entirely Sue but you have to admit the town itself is a disgrace, a falling down multi storey car park, an old cinema which is an absolute disgrace, a gaping hole where the Crypt used to be and top that with hideous 60s architecture which blends in with nothing and now we are importing the Berlin Wall to surround the prime land in the town.
  Right time for me to go to the offy and get my superstrength, then wrap a blanket round me and sit in a shop doorway begging for a few pence. Then maybe lunchhtime i'll have enough to wander along to a well known national pub chain, drink more lager, flck fag ends, swear and see how far I can spit.
