This area should not be a quasi-cycle path, people sit and watch the Bowling along there. It is bad enough going down the under-pass, with cycles roaring at you, even tho' they are supposed to dismount.
Try the sea-front too, and along the pier.
As #6 has pointed out and observed, it is bits here and bits there. Cycles are dangerous and our walk ways should be left clear and unencumbered. Especially, where there is flooding involved too.
I notice the planning notice is only regarding the Bridge, have "they" found a "DODGE" so the rest of it can slide in, without being noticed
