  For some reason the people who have built the cycle ways forgot to draw lines on the paths delineating where the cycle ways begin and end. I had plod shouting at me the other day from the luxury of his car telling me "Oi Oil give yer a ticket" for quite legally cycling along the pavement. I can understand his confusion though but not his unprofessional attitude.
  Perhaps the cost of paint has risen unexpectedly.
