    excellent stuff phil but i will have to drag this down to my level.

    a former battle of britain pilot was addressing a womens institute meeting and kept referring to fokkers, the chair person sensing the unease with the ladies present interjected to say that speaker was referring to planes.

    the guest replied " no madam these fokkers were flying messerschmidts".
