Thank you for asking Brian, after laser surgery last Friday Jack had a check up today and things are going very well. poor little bugger has gone through it the last couple of months ( ruptured anal glands and now removal ), by Wednesday he should have a bit of spring in his step.
and when the hair grows back he won't look so much like a primate.
I wont tell you the cost as it scared the hell out of me.

Vet's bills can be so high that sometimes it can make you wonder whether you should have the treatment for them; you wouldn't wonder if it was a family member and really, pets are family members, so it does get done.

pet insurance is not always the answer either, the policies usually have get out clauses where a particular breed is not covered for the health problems associated with them.
