  Lets be clear Wanstall is still able to act as a councillor and represent his ward, he has however been suspended from any committees he was on and from representing DTC at external functions and meetings, both of which are supposedly privileges - a little lick being grounded as a naughty teen.
  
  This does not detract from the unacceptable concentration of power in the hands of one councillor which most absolutely should be challenged and hopefully changed
