  Well...never a dull moment down here on our glorious seafront. Took a glance out the window not expecting to see anything other than the usual tumbleweed blowing down main street..and right before my eyes I see the Mayor herself..Cllr Ronnie Philpott posing shovel in hand with Rev David Ridley in the seafront garden...formerly the fountain of note. Both had shovels and were lifting the sod in traditional fashion.
