    Very little on the interenet as he only stood for one year:

    "I'm researching the Sellens/Sellins families of Sussex and Kent. I have been somewhat successful in finding links between the different families. I have come across Charles J Sellens (mayor of Dover in 1920) but haven't been able to connect him to any of the Sellens families that I have information on. Do you have any more details on Charles Sellens or his family? The only other information that I know about Charles is that he was on the Board of Governors for the Dover County School. He is mentioned in the Pharaos Magazine (the school magazine) between 1913 and 1932"
