Just before Easter my fridge/freezer packed up it is very warm in the fridge as well as the freezer. I have contract with Mastercare, so I e-mailed them,but it kept being returned,so I phoned them on Tuesday,once you have pressed so many buttons,you get to speak to someone,& after ten minuets I get told that they could not send anybody out until the 21 April which is just over two weeks,After I had put the phone down I happened to read the term & conditions on the back of the agreement,it states that if you ring between Monday - Wednesday be for 18-00 they will get somebody to you by the week end.I have now e-mailed them & also sent them a letter,asking them why I am having to wait so long. As yet I have not heard back,what is the betting I don't hear back !

would say get a refund, but bet there is a clause for that also
