Sad to see the death announced of Martin Husk. He was a great friend to many organisations in Dover. His lorries were always on hand at the carnivals for many years carrying on the tradition set by his father Arthur.
I often used to see him buying the office cakes on Friday mornings at Vanes.
A very nice chap.

One of the nicest, caring ,charitable men you will ever meet.
His many friends & family will be distressed by his passing.
The Husk family have represented all that is good about Dover & Martin lived that life .
RIP Martin

Agreed, if I remember correctly his benevolence at one time managed to keep their buses running.
RIP.
