    Bob how are we going to get this to happen?.One elderly lady typing emails is not going to get change.I can only relay my dreadful experience.No problems with the nursing staff.How often did you and I argue re consultants .They make their money on the backs of councils .Why don’t they train our Councillors to see the bigger picture.Its well recorded I spoke out and lost my Cabinet post .Meanwhile I’m now looking more like me.Dressed and eaten. Both my daughter in laws have COVID.
