  Hull Ross I agree with you most of the time.My whole point is both DDC And KCC should state the obvious .Money from Central Government needs to be really looked at .No good grants for this and that the thinking must be give the locals a few thousand here and there not looking at the bigger picture .Homeless people.Food Banks .Public Transport and dont worry about the NHS .The provision for social care is a minefield.Where is the long term stratergy.?I was in a ward with dementia patients .I was the only one who knew the time of day and aware of what was going on.No sleep chaos all the time.I could write a book on it .So I’m fed up with priorities not being met.
