  markets get little footfall in the winter months unless they are under cover(preferably indoors), i was struck by the eye catching exterior and the well laid out interior with the emphasis on quality - arts and crafts took my eye.
  
  i suppose hot food vendors could set up across the road but i don't think they would do that well.
