    Seal pup update! Our gorgeous little boy did well overnight. Clinical examination found that he was very underweight through lack of food whilst in the river which had caused him to become cold. He is suffering from pneumonia but is undergoing treatment and the outlook is good. He also has an ulcer in his left eye, most likely from scratching it on rocks in the shallow river. As he is bright and responsive, he is today being transferred to RSPCA Mallydams wildlife rehabilitation centre where he will spend several months gaining weight and recovering before being released to the wild.
